Trish Squire-Rogers has had a mesmerising career. From her first contract as a professional dancer in Japan in the early 90’s, Trish learned and mastered every aspect of her craft from the ground up which has led her to where she is today. Trish has too many live performance credits to mention. She has worked with and choreographed for many artists including Toni Pearon, Ricki Lee Coulter, Rhonda Burchmore, Guy Sebastian, Hi-5, Chris Lilley, Wendy Stapleton, Jon English and Tottie Goldsmith as well as most recently for MKTO.
As one of Australia’s leading choreographers and producer of premier live events, Trish has choreographed and produced major entertainment events for blue-chip companies such as Siemens, Crown and Burswood Casinos, Star City, Schweppes, Mars, GTV 9, Channel 7 and the Melbourne’s Commonwealth Games in 2006. Trish has most recently produced and choreographed for not only Australian companies such as Melbourne Victory, Shared Tables and Event Affairs but also international clients such as Sing Kong Insurance Company’s Melbourne Summit.
Trish has many TV and film credits including Neighbours, Curves Gym national TV campaign, the mini series Pacific (Steven Spielberg), Winners & Losers, The Footy Show, The Footy Show Players Review, Big Brother and The TV Week Logie Awards. Trish is also the Choreographer, Artistic Director and Manager of the Melbourne Storm NRL Cheerleaders for the seventh year running and has also in recent times secured the contracts with Melbourne Star Cheerleaders and Showtime Attractions. Most recently Trish has become the manager and choreographer of the brand new Collingwood Dance Crew which is proving to be a major success.
Trish, alongside business partner Katie Rappel, is the director of Spectrum Dance. Spectrum Dance is a Full Time Performing Arts Course, with accredited courses Certificate IV in Dance and Diploma in Musical Theatre, which prepares professional dancers for a comprehensive career in commercial, musical theatre and company dance. Trish works closely with Katie and their faculty of highly acclaimed dancers, choreographers and instructors to deliver the most outstanding accredited Full Time Performing Arts Course within Australia. Spectrum Dance have created a caring and challenging environment which allows students to excel to their highest potential in dancing, singing and acting. Upon graduation students are fully equipped with the triple threat factor.
The Spectrum Dance Full Time Performing Arts End of Year Showcase has become the must-see ticket for every serious dancer and lover of the art form. With the launch of her Spectrum Talent Agency in 2009, Trish is able to secure leading talent positions within the industry for her talent, many of which are Spectrum Dance graduates. Talent success includes Royal Caribbean Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Norweigen Cruises, West Side Story, Moonshadow, Universal Studios Singapore and Disney Live as well as Australian based successes such as The Footy Show, Logies, Melbourne Storm Cheerleaders, Melbourne Star Cheerleaders and Collingwood Dance Crew to name a mere few.
Trish’s life experience, as a professional dancer, choreographer, director and producer, is a key factor in her ability to aid her students to adopt the professional qualities required to succeed in this highly competitive industry.
