Testimonials

When I was accepted into Spectrum Dance’s full time course I believed that I would graduate a better dancer, I had goals and dreams for my future career but I only saw them as ‘dreams’. I never would have believed that I could ever sing in front of anyone, I just didn't think I had the talent, and that path was just not for me. Now I proudly announce that I have been contracted with Royal Caribbean International for the incredibly groovy musical production of ‘Saturday Night Fever’. Spectrum Dance brought so much talent out in me that I didn’t even know was there. At Spectrum Dance I experienced first-hand so much variety of performance through Industry Based Training that I could never have experienced without attending this full time, industry based, performance course. Spectrum Dance has given me the tools to personally perform as a contemporary dancer, a showgirl, a children's entertainer, a jewellery model, a corporate commercial dancer, a cheerleader and now a musical theatre dancer/actor/singer.

What more could you want?

Hi Trish, the purpose of my email is not to discuss my son but to express my gratitude to you personally and your Spectrum Dance staff for what they did for him over his 3 year training period… you showed him the need for discipline, determination, and desire that not too many young people have these days. When we first met you, you, told us that you prepare people for a career in entertainment, and all I can say is that you certainly do! I was always comfortable knowing that my son was getting the tough, honest, school of hard knocks and whether he made a career in dancing, or whatever I knew that he was always better off at Spectrum Dance than with any other place that I knew about.

I wish there were more people in this world like you!

The outcomes for graduates from Spectrum Dance speak for themselves. The faculty will not apologise for working you hard and for expecting perfection. In the end as a parent we only want the best for our children. If my child was researching for their future I would think the outcome would be Spectrum Dance. Why? Along with many other alumni we have witnessed such success locally and internationally.

So Chookas for all of you going down the amazing, crazy, incredible Spectrum journey at auditions.
